Terms & Conditions

1. Applicability

1.1 The Terms and Conditions below apply to all offers and transactions of Sette Bello.

1.2 By making a reservation or visiting our restaurant, the customer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.

1.3 Deviations from that stipulated in these Terms and Conditions are only valid when they are confirmed in writing by the management.

1.4 All rights and entitlements stipulated for Sette Bello in these Terms and Conditions and any further agreements will also apply for intermediaries and other third parties deployed by Sette Bello.

2. Reservations and Restaurant Hours
2.1 Reservation Closing Time: All reservations are subject to table availability. Booking may close earlier than usual due to limited tables. We accept bookings both online and by phone. Bookings after 3:30 pm for the same day must be made via phone.
2.2 Reservation Confirmation: A $20 pre-authorisation will be taken for dining groups of more than 4 persons. The pre-authorisation money will be released back to customers’ account after dining is finished.
2.3 Changes to Reservation: If you need to make changes to your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability.
2.4 Cancellation and No-Show Policy: We appreciate timely cancellations. Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation. Failure to show up for a reservation without prior notice may result in a no-show fee. A cancellation fee of $20 per guest will be charged for notifications less than 48 hours.
2.5 Walk-Ins After 8 pm: To secure a table after 6 pm, we cannot guarantee availability. We recommend calling ahead to check for availability before deciding to walk in.
2.6 Late Bookings: Please note that we do not accept new walk-in customers after 8 pm, even if tables are available, due to service constraints that may prevent completion before closing time.
2.7 Opening Hours: Our restaurant is open until late, and customers are welcome to enjoy their meals and stay until the restaurant closes. We are closed on public holidays.

3 Menu Options for Dining Groups of Different Sizes
3.1 A set menu applies for groups of more than 10 guests(inclusive).
3.2 Dining groups below 10 have the option to choose either À La Carte or a set menu.
3.3 Our À La Carte menus and set menus are available on our website under the "MENU" section.
3.4 Please note that our menus are subject to quarterly changes.
3.5 The gallery on our website displays our current and past dishes for showcasing purposes. Please do not make order decisions based on the website gallery. Customers should order from the menus provided by the servers or refer to the 'MENUS' section of our website

4. Functions Booking
4.1 A set menu applies to all bookings with over 10 guests (inclusive).
4.2 Customers can choose pre-ordering or onsite ordering.
4.3 Private rooms have a minimum spend of $2000.
4.4 All bookings with 10 - 20 guests can choose the alternate drop option, where guests can select from the set menu. For bookings over 20 guests, the alternate drop option is mandatory.
4.5 There is a $5 per person cakeage fee if customers decide to bring their own cake.

5. Gift Card Refund Policy

At Sette Bello, we strive to ensure that our customers have a satisfying shopping experience. This Gift Card Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which gift card refunds are provided. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
5.1 Refund Eligibility: Gift cards purchased from Sette Bello are non-refundable. Once a gift card is purchased, it cannot be exchanged, returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
5.2 Lost or Stolen Gift Cards: Lost or stolen gift cards will not be refunded or replaced. Gift cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to keep the gift card safe and secure. Sette Bello will not be held liable for any lost or stolen gift cards.
5.3 Damaged Gift Cards: If you receive a damaged gift card, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of purchase. We may issue a replacement gift card at our discretion, provided the original gift card is returned to us.
5.4 E-Gift Card Redemption: E-gift cards issued by Sette Bello may take up to 24 hours to become valid and may not be redeemable immediately after purchase. Due to the non-refundable nature of Sette Bello Gift Cards, the gift cards must be used in full. Additionally, Sette Bello Gift Cards may only be used for purchases at Sette Bello and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
5.5 Online Transaction Validity: Online transactions using Sette Bello Gift Cards must be made within Australia, New Zealand, The United States, or the UK to be valid.
5.6 Purchase Limits and Restrictions: Customers are limited to purchasing up to $1000 per transaction for Sette Bello Gift Cards. These gift cards may not be resold or bartered for cash.
5.7 Postage Fee for Physical Gift Cards: A postage fee will apply for physical Sette Bello Gift Cards.
5.8 Proof of Identification: Customers may be required to provide proof of identification at the time of redeeming the gift card. If customers are unable to provide identification, Sette Bello may choose not to accept the gift cards as payment until suitable identification can be provided. By purchasing, redeeming, or attempting to redeem a gift card, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Additionally, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. This Refund Policy is effective immediately and applies to all transactions involving Sette Bello Gift Cards. All orders are subject to acceptance by the restaurant. Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

6. Prices
All prices are transparent and displayed on menus. Customers should carefully read the prices during ordering; please do not assume certain drinks are free (e.g., Sparkling water). If customers have any queries regarding prices, they should promptly ask the servers before placing their orders.

7. Conduct and Behavior
We expect all customers to behave respectfully towards our staff and other patrons. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

8. Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
Please inform your server of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before placing your order. While we take utmost care, we cannot guarantee that our dishes are free from allergens.

9. Liability
We are not liable for any loss, damage, theft, or injury suffered by customers within our premises. We are not responsible for items left behind in the restaurant.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. By making a reservation, placing an order, or entering our premises, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
